1/4 CUP SUTTER MERLOT WINE
1/4 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 AVACOADO
8 0Z.GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
COLAVITA VIGIN OLIVE OIL

WITH VEG.OIL RUB GAS GRILL RACKS. IN A LARGE BOWL ADD HAMBURGER,SALT,RED PEPPER FLAKES,BASIL,OREGANO,MINCED GARLIC,1/2 CUP PIZZA SAUCE,1/4 CUP WINE,ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS, WORCESTERSHIRE,MIX WELL AND THEN ADD THE AVACOADO(REMOVE PIT AND SCOOP OUT THE INSIDES)MIX IN THE AVACOADO WELL INTO HAMBURGER. DIVIDE HAMBURGERS EVENLY INTO 6 PATTIES AND PLACE ON A PLATTER. START YOUR GAS GRILL WHEN TEMP. SAYS 450 DEGREES PUT YOUR HAMBURGERS ON THE GRILL COOK 6 MIN. THEN FLIP HAMBURGERS OVER AND ON TOP OF EACH HAMBURGER PUT 3 TABLESPOONS OF THE LEFT OVER CAN OF PIZZA SAUCE,THEN PUT GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON TOP OF EACH BURGER(DIVIDE CHEESE EVENLY FOR EACH HAMBURGER)PUT LID DOWN SO HAMBURGERS CAN FINISH COOKING.TOTAL COOK TIME FOR HAMBURGERS IS 12 MIN. SO THAT WILL BE 6 MIN. FOR EACH SIDE.AFTER HAMBURGERS ARE DONE COOKING YOU WILL ADD HAMBURGER BUNS TO THE GRILL SO THEY CAN TOAST, SPLIT THEM OPEN ADD 1/2 TEASPOON COLAVITA OIL TO THE INSIDE OF EACH BUN TOP&BOTTOM THEN FLIP FACE FORWRD ON GRILL TO TOAST ONLY FOR A FEW SECONDS.SERVES 6,GRILL TIME 12 MIN.
