93% hamburger meat 1 1/2 pounds
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tblsp.crushed garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
pinch low sodium salt
1 tblsp. crushed horseradish
1 yellow or whiter onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup regular beer
Optional Toppings
dill pickel slices
red onion slices
cheddar cheese (optional)



mix hamburger meat with the worcester sauce and crushed garlic, then add pepper, salt, horseradish. mix together. mix onion and beer toghether then add to the hamburger. press in to patties using molds or by hand. use 1/2 lb. of meat for each burger. place in sealed container–use wax paper as a seperator place in refrigerator at least 1 hr. before grilling –maybe stored in refrigerator for longer until ready to grill (Best if done the night before). grill on low to medium heat until med. rare to medium (or pink in the center). add cheese to those wanting cheese the last minute of cooking. Do not press the juices out of the burger while grilling!
