The Most Smashing Burger

2 eggs, scrambled and seasoned with 1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 loaf french bread, diced
2 lbs. ground buffalo
3 tablespoons mustard powder
3 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons green jalepeno hot sauce
4 tablespoons grape jelly
1/2 cup milk
8 medium habenero cheese slices
3 tablespoons blue plate mayonaise
1 tablespoon dale's sauce

Soak french bread in the eggs mixture for 5 minutes in a large bowl. Add the buffalo and fold. Add mustard powder, wheat germ, salt, red pepper,tobasco, grape jelly, and milk. Form into patties. Then take a finger and make a hole in the patty and place inside the habenero cheese slice and then form the meat back over the hole. Grill burgers until 160 degrees on the inside. In another small bowl mix mayonaise with dale's sauce. Spread onto the bottom only of wheat buns. Add burgers and top buns and enjoy.
