2 lbs chuck ground beef (ground once only)
5 fresh cloves of garlic
1 large onion
5 fresh parsley leaves
1 egg
¼ c. cold water
3 tbsp bread crumbs
1 ½ tsp. of salt
½ tsp. hot paprika
½ tsp. turmeric (curcom)
Hard Kaiser Roll Beef
steak tomatoes
Vidalia onions
Tahini (sesame paste)
Kosher dill pickle



Place ground beef in large mixing bowl Finely chop garlic, onion and fresh parsley together. Add 1 egg, cold water, bread crumbs, salt, paprika, and turmeric along with chopped garlic, onion and parsley Lightly mix ingredients Form ¼ of a pound of mixture in a Tupperware hamburger press Lightly brush the grill with extra virgin olive oil Grill for 8 minutes on one side and 4 minutes on the other (flip only once) Spread tahini on the bottom half of the roll Place the Nu-Nu burger on top Top with sliced Vidalia onion, beef steak tomatoes and baby romaine Cover other half of kaiser roll on top and “Bon Appetite” with a kosher dill pickle "Enjoy"
