The “O” so good burger

1 lb 80-90% lean ground beef or ground sirloin
2 Tbs of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 small onion finely chopped
1/2 med green pepper finely chopped
1 garlic glove chopped
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dill weed
4.5 oz can of peaches in syrup
pinch salt pepper



Preheat grill to med high heat. combine lean ground beef with worcestershiere sauce. Add chopped onion, green pepper, garlic, celery seed, dill, salt, and pepper. Drain can of peaches and add to mix. Mix with hands well so that the peaches disappear in the hamburger mix. Divide into 5 patties. Place on grill, cover 5 to 6 min. on each side until desired wellness. Serve with american cheese (optional) and slice of tomato. Enjoy.
