Ingredients
2 small carrots
1 small zucchini
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/4 pounds ground turkey
Instructions
1. Finely chop the carrots and zucchini in a food processor. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. 3. Shape into 6 burgers. 4. Pre – heat grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side. 5. Serve on whole wheat buns with lettuce, tomatoe and sliced avocado.
