The Omega Burger

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.


4 lbs of ground chuck
4 tsp Kosher salt
1 tbs black pepper, fresh cracked
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tbs Worstechire Sauce
1/4 tbs liquid smoke
4 oz Guinness Stout
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbs veg oil for grill rack
6 onion rolls
dill pickles
American Cheese, sliced



In a mixing bowl combine; ground chuck, salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika, Worstechire Sauce, liquis smoke, Guinness, and olive oil. Mix with hands to combine. Let rest, covered. With the grill lid open, brush grill top w/ veg oil and place on high heat. Once grill comes up to temperature form the meat mixture into six patties and place them on the grill. Leave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, flip. Leave for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Remove and turn the grill down to medium heat. Let the grill cool to medium and return burgers, flip when internal temp is 80 degrees. Remove at 160 degrees. Set burgers aside to rest and place split onion rolls cut side down for 25-35 seconds until toasted. Remove rolls and place cooked patties on them. Top with ketchup, dill pickle slices, and a slice of American cheese
