1 Pound Ground Sirloin
1/4 small onion finely diced
2 Tablespoons Barbeque Sauce
1 Tablespoon Steak Sauce
4 Crusty Italian Rolls
4 Slices Mild Cheddar Cheese
8 Slices Crispy Bacon Strips
8 Fried Breaded Onion Rings
4 Tablespoons Barbeque Sauce



Combine Ground Sirloin, onion, barbeque sauce and steak sauce. Mix together with hands. Form 4 burgers. Grill on gas grill, medium flame for about 10 minutes (or longer for desired doneness)1 Minute before burgers are finished, place one slice of cheese on each burger. Place bacon strips on grill for 2-3 minutes until desired doneness. Place bacon on paper towel after cooking to absorb excess grease. Place onion rings in cooking oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Place a cheesey burger on sliced crusty italian roll. Place two strips of bacon, and two onion rings on each sandwich, then top with the barbeque sauce of your choice. ENJOY!
