The Portabella Burger

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup of chopped portabella mushrooms
1/3 cup of soy Sauce
2 TBLSP of Garlic powder
1 egg
1/2 lb of sliced Cheddar Sharp Cheese
1 head of Lettuce
1 lb of Tomatoes
4 Hamburger buns



Step one- Take the Beef,soy sauce, Garlic powder and Portabella mushrooms and the 1 egg and mix them together in a large mixing bowl Step two- Make four, four ounce patties out of beef mixture and grill until preferred doneness. Step three- about 1 minute before patties are done place cheese on the patties and leave patties to grill just until the cheese slightly melts Step four- Have lettuce and tomatoes set up on buns for when the burgers are done Step five- top the cheesy pattie with Ketchup or mustard or both which ever is perferred Step six- Enjoy your Burger
