In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ground beef, black pepper, salt, garlic, soy sauce all together. Mix well with a medium size wooden spoon. Cover the bowl with clear wrap and let it marinate for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. 2. Use a medium skillet, turn to medium heat and add the Taylor Ham. Sauté for about 5 minutes until it’s nicely brown. Let it cool for 5 minutes and drain the fat out. 3. Remove the meat mixture from the refrigerator and add the Taylor Ham. Mix them well. 4. Divide the meat mixture into 8 portions and shape each of them into burger patties, about 4 inches diameter and about 1.5 inches thick. 5. Cover the burger patties with clear wrap and set aside. 6. Spread really thin layer of Dijon mustard on both sides of the buns. 7. Light the grill and set it to medium-high heat 8. When the grill is getting to medium-high heat, grease the grill rack with some olive oil. 9. Grill the burgers about 5 minutes, covered, until a clear charred mark is shown on the burgers. Flip them and cover the grill again. Continue to grill for another 5 minutes. Don’t open the grill before that. 10. When the time is up, insert an instant-read thermometer on the center of one patty and make sure it reaches 150 degree F. if too low, let it grill for another 3 to 4 minutes and turn the grill to medium-low heat zone. 11. Remove the burgers from the grill and let it rest and loosely cover with foil. 12. Grill the sesame buns for 1 minute with low heat. 13. Remove the buns from the grill and assemble the burgers with one slice of tomato and some lettuce each. 14. Cut the burger in half and secure with wood skews and serve.
