The real “hamburger”

1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper
8 slices smoked swiss cheese
8 slices ham
4 hamburger buns
foil wrapped brick



Sauce: Combine the mayonnaise and mustard. set aside Burger: Form the meat into 4 even sized patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper Grill burgers to medium over a medium high heat. Remove from grill but leave grill on. Spread mayo mixture on both sides of the bun, place a slice of cheese on the bottom of each bun and a burger on top of the cheese with one slice of ham, one more slice of cheese and finally the top of the bun. Wrap each burger in foil, place back on the grill and place the brick on top of the burger. This will make the cheese melt and the bub crisp up. To serve unwrap the foil and ENJOY!!!
