The Spinach Ravioli Burger

10oz. chopped frozen Spinach
2 Tbl. Colavita olive oil
2 cloves chopped fresh Garlic
Kosher Salt Fresh
Ground Pepper
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Chuck
1 large Egg
1/4 cup plain Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese grated
1 Tbl. Kosher Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Olive Oil spray for grill grates
1 Jar your favorite Marinara sauce
6 Hard Crusty Italian Rolls
1 cup Fresh Ricotta Cheese (drained of any excess liquid)



Well drain and squeeze excess water from defrosted spinach.To a large bowl add spinach, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper mix together. Add to spinach mixture ground chuck, egg, bread crumbs, romano cheese, salt, and pepper mix well with hands until well incorporated. Shape into 6, 1/4 lb. patties Oil grill grates Set Grill to Medium Place patties on Pre warmed grill cook 5-7 mins. per side (165 degrees) When burgers are done set aside, warm Marinara sauce and toast buns sliced side down on grill till golden. Put a burger on a toasted bun add a dollup of Marinara sauce and top with a tablespoon of Ricotta cheese and bun top. Manga!! Assemble
