Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.

Ingredients

1 sweet onion -cut thin
1 green pepper-sliced thin
box fresh mushrooms-cut into pieces
2 tbls. olive oil sauce
for burger:
1 8 ounce can Italian tomatoes cut up
1/4 cup catsup
2 tbls. brown sugar
1 tbls. apple cider vinager
1 tbls. dry onion bits
1 tsp. garlic
dash salt & pepper
add
2 lbs. ground chuck.
pkg. pepper cheese
pkg. English muffins

 

Instructions

Cut onion, pepper, & mushrooms set aside. In small skillet heat olive oil over low-med heat. Add onion,pepper, & mushrooms. Fry until golden brown.Set pan with veggies asside. In large bowl add the six ingredents of the sauce by also adding the ground chuck. Mix well. Make 1/4 inch patties. Have muffins seperated with one slice of pepper cheese on each. line grill racks with heavy foil. When grill is ready place patties on grill, when meat is cooked add (saute onions,pepper,& mushrooms. Then when almost finished,place English muffin on each burger(cheese on top) set back on grill for an additional 3mins.(or when you see cheese melting on each.(Season with salt & pepper )
