Pairs well with:

White Zinfandel

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.


2 lbs. Lean Hamburger
1 sm. Onion
1 large Jalapeno
1/2 C. Chopped or Crushed Pineapple
1/4 C. Coconut Flakes
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbs Cummin
1/3 C. Worchestorshire
4 pkg. Hawiian Sweet Rolls
4 slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Slices Monzarella Cheese



Finely chop Onion. De-Seed Jalapeno (unless you want some heat) and chop fine. In a large bowl crumble hamburger meat and combine the dry ingredients, followed by the onion, jalapeno, garlic, followed by the pineapple, coconut. Besure all ingredients are worked into the meat completely. Shape into the size of a baseball and brush on Worchestorshire Sauce and let set for 15 minutes. Cook on grill until done. Last 5 minutes of cooking melt the cheese over the burgers Take the Sweet Rolls (do not seperate the individual rolls) slice through them creating a top and bottom bun and palce burger on roll and serve.
