2T butter
1 garlic clove-chopped
3-4 T Worcheshire sauce
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
1 lb of lean ground beef formed into patties


Set burner to medium heat. Melt butter in frying pan, saute garlic. Add worchestire sauce. Place hamburger patties and cover. Flip when they have cooked half way through. Cook the opposite side without cover until browned to your liking.
