Instructions

Rub the vegetable oil onto the wire racks of the grill to prevent sticking. Combine ground beef, onion powder, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar and bacon bits together. Shape ground beef mixture into patties, about a 1/4 of an inch thick and cook on grill at medium heat until juices run clear or internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Try to flip the burger only once to prevent yummy juices from escaping. While burgers are cooking, slice the red onion and tomato into thin slices. Set aside. On bottom slice of Kaiser roll spread Dijon mustard and add in order, the rest of the ingredients: burger, spinach leaves, red onion, tomato then blue cheese dressing on the bottom of the top Kaiser roll.
