Ingredients

2 pounds of ground chuck
3 tablespoons of minced garlic
3 tablespoons of a good quality seasoning salt
1/3 cup of sweet vadalia onions chopped
3 tablespoons of Sutter Home Merlot
1/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of country french dressing
1/3 cup of fine bread crumbs
6 bakery fresh kaiser rolls

 

Instructions

1)Remove the 2Lbs. of ground chuck from the package 2)measure 3 tablespoons of minced garlic and add to the ground chuck 3) measure 3 tablesoons of a good quality seasoning salt and add to ground chuck 4)Work the garlic and seasoning salt into the ground chuck by squeezing through your fingers and blending in untill thouroughly mixed 5)Add 3 tablespoons of sutters home merlot to the ground chuck mix 6)Dice 1/3 cup on sweet vadallia onions to about 1/2 a small fingernail size 7) Add diced sweet vadalia onion to the ground chuck mix 8) Add 1/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese to the ground chuck mix 9) Add 1/3 cup of finely shredded cheddar to the ground chuck mix 10) Work and agitate the blue cheese and the finely shredded cheddar into the mix 11)Add 1/4 cup of country french dressing to the ground chuck mix 12)Add 1/3 cup of fine bread crumbs to the ground chuck mix 13)Now mix all ingredients thouroughly into the cround chuck mix 14)Divide the ground chuck mix into 6 equal portions 15)Place each portion between 2 pieces of waxed paper and flatten to approximately 1/2 inch thick 16)Place burgers on heated and ready grill for 3 minutes on each side. If you wish to have well done burgers leave on the grill untill they reach your required doneness. 17)Place the tops of the kaiser rolls on top of each burger for the last 2 minutes of grilling. 18)Remove burgers from grill when they have achieved the desired doneness, and place on the bottom of the kaiser roll 19)Serve to your hungry guests.
