Gently mix ingredients and shape into six hefty patties when ready to grill.Dimple patty in center. Place on Pammed grill to avoid sticking.
Grill two- three minutes on each side not moving burger until ready to turn.
Remove to paper towel.
Lightly toast halved Bialis,( a bagel-type roll). If unavailable, a toasted roll is suggested.
