Three Way By-Pass Burger
Ingredients
1 lb. of ground turkey, beef or chicken
Sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil
6 slices cooked turkey bacon, bacon or proscutto
Chopped basil to taste
Oregano to taste
Chopped Garlic to taste
Part Skim Mozzarella, feta or fontina to taste
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, last 7 according to personal preference. We like more sundried tomatoes for burgers than are moist when using turkey. You may like more cheese, basil, oregano or garlic….
