Ingredients

1 soy sauce
2 worcestershire sauce
3 lemon juice
4 paprika
5 garlic powder
6 dried onions
7 vineger
8 peppercorn
9 sea salt
10 cheyanne pepper
11 butter
12 lemon zest
13 lime juice
14 tomatoe puree 1
5 hickory smoke flavor
16 ground chuck

 

Instructions

1)combine the following ingredients in small sauce pan and heat slowly until butter is melted 1 soy sauce 2 worcestershire sauce 3 lemon juice 4 paprika 5 garlic powder 6 dried onions 7 vineger 8 peppercorn 9 sea salt 10 cheyanne pepper 11 butter 12 lemon zest 13 lime juice 14 tomatoe puree 15 hickory smoke flavor 2)take ground chuck and make patties 3)Heat grill to 350-400 degrees 4)baste bottom of hamburger pattie and place on grill, then baste top of patty while it is on the grill 5) baste burgers with aditional sauce with each turn of the burger 6) cook patties to desired internal temperature 7) place on toasted bun and add condiments as desired
