1 1/2# ground turkey
1/2# ground chuck
2 tea salt
1 tea pepper
1 tea poulty seasoning
1 c dried cranberries (Such as Crasins)
Juice of 1 orange
2 T Dijon mustard
3/4 c EVOO
1 tea salt
1/2 tea pepper
12 strips thick cut bacon
3 c baby spinach leaves
6 soft "Parker house" style hamburger rolls.
3 T butter

To make the burgers combine turkey, beef, 2 tea salt, 1 tea pepper and poulty seasoning. To make the cranberry relish, heat the orange juice to a boil, add the cranberries and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Add this mix to food processor, add mustard, EVOO, 1 tea salt and 1/2 tea pepper. Process until the cranberries start to breakdown and ingredients are mixed. Grill bacon until crisp. Grill burgers on medium high until cooked thoroughly. Lightly grill and then lightly butter rolls. Place 3 T relish on the bottom of each bun. Add 1/2 c spinach leaves. Add burgers. Top with 2 strips bacon on each burger. Top that with 2 T relish, top with bun top.
