My grandmother was from New Orleans and she could cook up some wonderful Creole food. All my memories of her are in the kitchen measuring spices using the palm of her hand and whistling as she cooked for us. I had been trying to come up with recipe for a Cajun style burger. It hit me one day when I passed by a Tur-Duc-Ken in the freezer section of my grocery store.I thought of my grandmother and the spices she used and came up with this yummy burger.Enjoy!!
