Turkey Apple Burger

1 lb ground white turkey meat.
1/2 small white onion – chopped fine.
1/2 small red onion – chopped fine.
1 small granny smith apple – chopped fine.
1 small bunch of celery with leaves included – chopped fine
. 1/4 cup dried cranberries.
3/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp poultry seasoning
Dash of nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste



Finely chop the onions, apple and celery. Mix in the turkey meat and cranberries, add seasoning an miz in the bread crumbs. Form into 6 palm sized burgers. Cook on a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with a cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-high for about seven minutes on each side.
