1 Lb. ground Turkey Breast Meat
1 Large Onion – chopped
2 TBLS Olive oil
2 TBLS Celery Seeds
Cheeses Slices (optional)
Sliced tomato (optional)
Romaine lettuce leaves(optional)
In a large bowl mix the ingredients together and let sit for 2-3 hours or over night. Shape into 4 or 5 hamburgers and grill for about 8 minutes on each side or until completely cooked. Place on a large bun with a slice of cheese, Romane lettuce leaf and tomato slices.
