Turkey chipotle bacon cheddar cheeseburgers

1. 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
2. 2 packages of chiptole seasoning mix
3. 24 oz. smoked cheddar cheese sliced
4. 6 kaiser buns sliced
5. 1 cup (any brand mayonaise)
6. vegetable oil for brushing the grill
7. 12 lettuce leaves
8. 12 slices of tomato
9. 1 medium purple onion, thinly sliced
10.12 slices of precooked bacon



Mix one packet of chipotle mix in the 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey. Make out 6 thin patties Put 1 oz. smoked cheddar cheese in the middle of each patty. Make out 6 more thin patties and put them on top of the ones with the cheese. Press the edges together, sealing the burger Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Brush vegetable oil on the grates of the grill Grill for 4 minutes on each side When done, put 1 oz. of the smoked cheddar cheese on top of each burger. Toast the Kaiser buns as you prefer on the grill. Mix 1 cup mayonaise with the remaining packet of Chipotle mix. Spread Chipotle mayonaise on the bun. Top with lettuce, tomato and purple onion.
