Twin Tree Bacon Garlic Lovers Burger

1.25 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 cup Chopped Red Onion Finely Chopped
1/2 Garlic Clove Finely Chopped
2 Tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Dill Finely Chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Cilantro Finely Chopped
2 Tablespoons Twin Tree Gardens Premium Rub
1 Cup Premium Real Crumbled Bacon
Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Seeded Sandwich Rolls 
Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Brushing on the Grill



Take and combine the Chopped Garlic, Chopped Onion,Chopped Dill,and Chopped Cillantro and combine into one mix. Add Garlic Mix and 1 cup of Crumbled Bacon into Ground Beef. Add Worcestershire Sauce and Twin Tree Rub into Ground Beef Mix. Mix ingredients being careful not to overwork the meat. Make Hamburger patties proportionate to Roll size. Cook 6-8 minutes per side for Medium/Medium-Well, coating each side of the burger with Barbeque Sauce as they cook on the grill with a brush Add 2 Cheese Slices to each burger before removing allow time for cheese to melt. Toast Rolls till Golden Brown Remove and Assemble Burgers adding a slice of Red Onion on top of the burger before adding Crowns of Roll to the sandwich.
