2 1/2 Lbs. Hamburger
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Small Potato, peeled and grated
seasoned salt and garlic salt to taste
Sliced Swiss or American Cheese
Lettuce leaves
Tomato and Onion slices
Dill pickle slices
1/3 cup mayonnaise
4 tbsp. ketchup
3 tbsp. dill pickle relish
Hamburger Buns



Heat grill. Mix hamburger, onion soup mix, shredded cheese, potato, and seasonings in large bowl. Shape 8 portions of mixture into balls. Flatten into burgers. Grill on Medium heat 5 minutes per side, then top with sliced cheese for an additional minute. Slice hamburger buns and place lettuce leaves on bottom half. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and relish in small bowl. Spread mayonnaise mixture onto lettuce leaves. Add Hamburger. Top with onion slices, tomato slices, and dill pickle slices. Enjoy!
