Ultimate Chili Nine-Cheese Burgers Stuffed with Steak Fries & Bacon

Ingredients

For burgers
2 pounds of ground beef
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
2 small cloves of garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely diced
1 tablespoons of pepper
1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of chili powder
2 tablespoons of cumin
1 teaspoon of salt
6 slices of bacon, precooked or store-bought ready to eat, crumbled
2 tablespoons of Blue Cheese, crumbled
1 oz of Provolone cheese, cubed
2 oz of Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 oz of Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 oz of Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
1 oz of Swiss cheese, cubed
1 oz of Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 oz of Colby Cheese, cubed
1 oz of Muenster Cheese, cubed
4 oz of Deli Steak Fries, already prepared, cut into ½ inch pieces

Toppings & Buns
6 Hamburger Buns
4 oz of Romaine Lettuce
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
4 oz of ketchup

 

Instructions

In a large bowl add your ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onions, pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, salt and bacon. Incorporate the ingredients into the ground beef. Then add your blue cheese, provolone, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Swiss cheese, feta cheese, Colby, and Muenster cheeses. Mix thoroughly. Then add you deli steak fries. Mix gently and form into six equal patties.

Cook your patties on medium heat for 7 minutes on each side flipping once for medium rare. After 14 minutes have passed remove burgers from grill and assemble your burgers!

Take your hamburger buns and separate the top half from the bottom half. Add your lettuce to the bottom of the bun, on top of your lettuce add your hamburger, on top of your hamburger add your sliced tomatoes, then your sliced red onions. On top of the other bun add your ketchup and combine the two together and serve. Serves 6.
