Venison Burgers

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.

Ingredients

One pound of venison
one egg
Half a cup of oatmeal
3 tsps. of olive oil
meat seasoning

 

Instructions

Combine the above ingredients in a bowl. Begin your grill outside making sure you place the burgers on the grill when the coals are gray. Cover the hamburgers with the grill lid. Cook until medium well done. Enjoy.
