Why Wait For Leftovers Burger

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsps Poultry seasoning divided
1 23oz can sweet potatoes
1/4 cup Sutter Home Chardonnay
1/4 tsp each marjoram, chervil,
1 1/2 tsps salt & pepper, divided
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1 cup herbed stuffing mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 16oz container cranberry/orange relish
six potato rolls



Combine 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp of the Bell's seasoning and set aside. Warm the chadonnay with the herbs and 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper in a saucepan. Add the sweet potatoes just to heat through. Remove and mash lightly….set aside to keep warm. Meanwhile combine herb stuffing mix and chicken broth and let sit for about five minutes. Add ground turkey, the rest of the Bell's seasoning and the remainder of the salt and pepper. Combine and form into six patties. Grill for six minutes per side or until done…. Lightly toast bun on grill. Spread about 2 TAB of potato mixture on bottom of bun. Place turkey burger on top. Spread with about 2 TAB cranberry/orange relish. Top with lettuce. Spread 1 TAB mayonnaise on bun lid and place on top. Six servings.
