In a medium sized bowl mix together ground chuck, ground pork, 1/2 Cup of Sutter Home Malbec wine, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon of ground garlic.
Form into 6 patties.
Cook until medium well on grill top or outside grill.
Top with Malbec sauce and serve on a brioche bun – with Sutter Home Malbec wine of course!
Malbec sauce recipe:
Mix together 1/2 Cup of Malbec wine, 2 Tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 pound of blackberries and 1 Cup of sliced baby portobella mushrooms.
Cook over
medium heat until the mixture is reduced and thickened a bit.
