Wild Burgers

Pairs well with:

White Zinfandel

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.


1.5 lbs ground venison
1 lb hot pork sausage
1 medium onion, finely chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/4 Worcestershire
2 T oregano
2 t seasoned salt
1/2 t cayenne pepper



Combine all and let sit in fridge for several hours or overnight. Make into patties and grill to at least 160 degrees. Serve with your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
