Instructions

In medium bowl mix ground beef, chopped onion, wild rice, seasonings and bread crumbs. Allow to stand while you heat your spray your grill and heat it to medium high.
Melt butter in microwave – brush on insides of your kaiser rolls. Place them back together and place on a large platter. Prepare your slices of tomato, onion and cheese and place on a plate.

Form your beef/rice mixture into 6 large patties. Place on a disposable plate.

Take your “plates” to the grill. Place beef patties on grill and cook 8 minutes. Turn and continue cooking 8 minutes longer. Place a slice of tomato, and onion on top after 5 minutes of cooking while buns are toasting —

Place rolls on grill and toast during the last 8 minutes of cooking time. Remove bottoms to serving platter.

Place a slice of cheese over the onion and top with the toasted bun top. Your final 8 minutes of cooking time should be just about up now. Remove patties carefully and place on bun bottoms.
