one pound lean ground beef
one fourth cup Sutter Home cabernet savignon
two teaspoonful grey poupon mustard
one fourth cup chopped red onion
one half cup sliced fresh mushrooms
one large California avacado sliced
In medium size bowl, mix the beef, wine, mustard, onion and mushrooms. Shape into patties and cook on medium high heat bunner or on grill until desired doneness is achieved. Top cooked burger with slice of avacado.
