Lightly Spray a Plate with PAM Cooking Spray. Form chicken mixture into 6 patties and place onto lightly sprayed plate. Chill in fridge for 1/2 hour to set. Remove from fridge and take each burger and coat lightly in the remaining 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs.

In a small sauce pan on grill melt the 4 Tbsp. of butter with 1/4 cup of hot sauce. Spray your grill while cool with PAM grilling spray. Set grill to medium – high heat.
When grill is nice and hot, place your Wingless Buffalo Chicken Burgers on the grill. Grill burgers for 6-8 minutes per side.Turn only once.

After you turn for the first time and your burger is nicely browned, brush a generous portion of hot sauce mixture onto the cooked portion of the burger, allow the sauce to soak into the burger and re-apply. Add blue cheese crumbles to the top and allow to melt, while the bottom of the burger finishes cooking.

Lightly toast hamburger buns. Place a Wingless Buffalo Bleu Chicken Burger atop the bun and serve with additional hot sauce on the side!
