Wrangler Drive Burger

Ingredients

Drive Fries:
2 Tablespoons Butter (in 8" Cast Iron Skillet)
1 Clove Garlic, Crushed
3 Medium Russet Potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 Large Vidalia Onion, Sliced
1/4 Cup Red Pepper, Diced
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Wrangler Patties:
2 Pounds Ground Chuck
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
3/4 Cups Fresh Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Green Onions, Diced
1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Large Egg
Vegetable oil,for brushing on grill rack
6 Large Seeded Kaiser Rolls, Split
6 Slices Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
6 Red Leaf Lettuce Leaves

 

Instructions

Directions: Prepare a medium-hot fire in a charcoal grill with cover, or preheat a gas grill to medium-hot heat. To make Drive Fires, Thinly slice potaoes in a large bowl and set aside with a cover. Place cast iron skillet on outside of BBQ grill. An place 2 Tablespoons butter in skillet. When melted place garlic,onions,and red peppers blend flavors for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add thinly sliced potatoes and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper cover for 10 to 15 minutes. Stirring several times. In a large bowel place ground chuck make a well in center. Add 2 Tablespoons Worcrstershire Sauce, 3/4 Cup fresh bread crumbs,1Cup diced green onions,1 teaspoon Fresh ground black pepper,2 teaspoons Kosher salt,1 Cup sour cream,and 1 large egg. Mix til well blended and make into 6 patties. Place on grill and cook 5 minutes and turn finish cooking for 5 minutes. Place slice rolls on out side of grill to lightly toast. Then place slice cheddar cheese on each burger cover for about 30 seconds . Take botton of roll place,1 dollop of mayonnaise, 1 redleaf lettuce leaf. Then add Wrangler burger and top with Drive fries and cover with top of roll. Serve
