X-Treme Chipolte Chedder Burger

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.


12 slices of bacon
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1 1/2 c. canned sliced mushrooms
2 T. vegatable oil
2 pd. ground chuck
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Fajita marinade
6 slices chedder cheese
6 Sweet Japaleno Cheese Buns
6 T. Chipolte Steak Sauce



Fully cook bacon on grill, set aside. Brush grill with veg oil and lightly saute onions and mushroom, set aside keeping warm. Mix ground chuck, worcestershire sauce, and fajita marinade. Divide meat into 1/3 pd patties and grill 4-5 min. each side for a medium burger. After burger is near done on second side, add a slice of chedder cheese to melt. Brush grill with oil and grill inside of buns to toast light brown. Add meat/cheese to bottom bun and top with bacon, onion and mushroom mixture. Drizzle approx. 1 T. Chipolte sauce add top bun and serve hot.
