Ingredients

1.5lbs ground beef
18 oz. extra crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
6 plain foccocia rolls, sliced
1/4 cup butter, softened
6 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
9 tbsp. spicey berry jelly makes 6 burgers

 

Instructions

Turn on grill, heat to medium mix ground beef, extra crunchy peanut butter, kosher salt and black pepper together. form beef mixture into six uniform patties, about 1/4lb each cover and refridgerate till ready to use lightly brush grill grates with olive oil. carefully place burger patties on medium heated grill. cook on one side approx. 3-4 minutes. Turn burgers, cook 3-4 minutes longer. after turning burgers, lightly butter both sides of the foccocia roll and place butter side down on grill to toast. Remove rolls when nicely toasted and place on serving platter. spread 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter on each bottom half of rolls. place done burger on bottom roll. spoon 1.5 tbsp. spicey berry jelly on top of each burger. top with roll. serve with napkins and enjoy!!
