Pairs well with:

Cabernet Sauvignon

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.

(For every 2 lbs hamburger)
1/2cup blueberries
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 cilantro bunch (tops only)
1 cup chipped ice
1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
1/8 cup  "Tomato & Chipotle favor Bouillon"
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder

In a food blender add blueberries, garlic, cilantro, and ice. Puree until smooth and thick. In a seperate bowl add hamburger and frozen blended mixture. Mix very lightly until mixed. Form into a pattie. The berry mixture with the hamburger is soft so be patient in forming. Using the backside of a large spoon indent the center of the patty making a center indentation. Put cheese into the center. Form another pattie the same size as the first. Put the two burgers together and carefully form into one pattie. In another bowl mix Tomato & Chipotle bouillion, the pepper, and the onion powder. When well mixed, carefully sprinkle the mixture on both sides of the burger in a light coating.Put the burgers on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for 10-20 minutes. This allows the flavoring to penetrate into the meat. Grill to medium- to medium rare on a very hot fire. Toast any of your favorite large hambuger buns and add your favorite condiments. We think the flavor of the meat is so rich and juicy you will be amazed at the flavor of a plain burger!
