Make your patties and stuff w/ the mozzerella cheese and some of the bacon thats put into small crumbles. Put in a marinade of sorts made from the red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders, cajun seasoning and red pepper flakes (all the amounts just depends on personal preference and how many burgers your making) let marinatde in fridge for about 20 minutes then cook on grill. to assembly place on bun spread bottom w/ barbque sauce. put on grilled onions, fried green tomatoes, cucumbers and then willted lettuce. salt it as needed. and ENJOY
