3 ripe avocados
1 large clove of crushed garlic
4 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tomato finely diced
1/2 jalepeno finely diced
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp kosher salt
*to make the guacamole-
cut the avacados in half and remove the pit. scoop the flesh out of the avacado peel into a large mixing bowl. juice the lime into the bowl. crush and mince the clove of garlic, add the chopped cilantro, the finely diced tomato, and the jalepeno, salt, and extra virgin olive oil. now mash this mixture up with a potato masher until it is combined and the avocado has broken down. you are looking for a relatively smooth mixture but yet still rustic and slightly chunky. cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
*to make the burgers?
take the meat and put it into a mixing bowl. add the olive oil, salt, and pepper. mix the meat lightly so everything is distributed. now take and divide the meat into 6 patties. smash them flat before putting them on the grill.
preheat a grill on high heat. brush with oil so the burgers do not stick. place the burgers down onto the grill and cook them for about 3 minutes a side until they have a nice charred exterior and a juicy interior keeping in mind to try and keep
