1 lb of ground beef
1/2 small onion diced
1/4 of green pepper diced
1 large egg
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp poultry seasoning
2 table spoons ketchup



place ground beef in a large bowl. Add chopped onions and green peppers. Add all the seasonings and ketchup. Beat egg lightly and add to beef mixture. Mix all ingredients but careful not to over work mixture. Form into 4 patties. Brown patties in a frying pan to desired doness and place on buns. Lower carb alternative to using buns would be to add a can of tomato soup to browned burgers in the pan with half can of water to create a gravy and serve without a bun. makes 4 servings
