Zesty Pork Burgers

1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. good quality pork sausagemeat
1 Tbs. fresh oregano, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 cup sweet onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbs. ketchup
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. ginger
6 whole-grain hamburger buns
6 slices fresh pineapple rings



1. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce and refrigerate. 2. Oil grill and set to medium high heat 3. Mix together all the ingredients for the burgers 4. Grill for 5 minutes on each side Warm the buns if desired To serve: Spread each bun with sauce Place burger on bun Top with pineapple slice.
