Zip Pity Do Dah Burger with Weird Mayo Salsa

Ingredients

Salsa
1 Pkg – Hot Salsa Seasoning
½ Cup – Mayonnaise 3
Tbsp – Bar-B-Q Sauce
1 Tbsp – Yellow Mustard
Hamburger Patty
2 cloves – Garlic
½ – Medium Yellow Onion
½ – Medium Green Bell Pepper
1 ½ lb – Ground Chuck
½ lb – Bacon, chopped finely
1 ½ Tsp – Salt
2 Tsp – pepper
¼ Cup – Crushed Cheese Crackers
¼ Cup – Instant Mashed Potatoes
¼ Cup – Bar-B-Q Sauce
Vegetable Oil – For oiling grill
Onion Roll
½ Stick – Butter, melted
6 – Onion Rolls

 

Instructions

Prepare a medium hot grill with cover (about 350 degrees). While coals are preparing, combine salsa seasoning, mayonnaise, bar-b-q sauce, and mustard. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Place Garlic, Onion and Bell Pepper in food processor, blend until finely chopped. Place mixture in bowl. Add Ground Chuck, Chopped Bacon, Salt, Pepper, Crushed Cheese Crackers, Instant Mashed Potatoes, and Bar-B-Q Sauce. Mix thoroughly. Form into 6 even patties. When coals are ready, Oil grill and add patties. Cover and cook about 15 minutes then flip. Cook and additional 10 – 12 minutes or until patties are slightly firm to the touch. Remove and let rest while preparing rolls. Place butter in small metal pot and set on grill to melt. Brush melted butter onto insides of onion rolls. Place onion rolls on grill and heat until lightly brown and rolls are heated through, about 5 minutes. Coat both top and bottom slices of onion rolls with Salsa. Add 1 patty to bottom roll and cover with the top roll.
